Currently all bookings are done by using the following type of cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro.
No we cannot hold units.
Once your reservation has been booked, you will receive a confirmation via E-mail.
It is extremely important that you take the confirmation paperwork issued to you to the resort. If you do not take the proper
confirmation to the resort upon check-in, you may be either refused occupancy or be requested to pay full rack rate in order to
check-in. We will not be held financially responsible if a guest arrives at the resort without the proper confirmation and needs
to secure other accommodation.
Not all reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you book a week, you may not cancel or request a refund for any
reason. If a property / or area becomes unavailable due to an act of God or for any other reason, we will attempt to relocate a guest
but are not obligated to do so. If you are unable to travel, no refund is available and therefore travel insurance is recommended.
We can do name changes up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Therefore, if you decide not to travel, you can change the name on the
reservation so long as you notify us at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Name changes should be sent to and marked "URGENT -
NAME CHANGE" to our email address and only one name change is permitted per reservation. You must receive acknowledgement from us
that we have made this change for you.(This can be problematic so we do not encourage you to do this.)
No changes to a confirmed reservation can be made (except one name change). If you need more space, we can attempt to secure another
unit at the same location but cannot guarantee space will be available.
Not all resorts have a 24-hour check-in. If you anticipate a late arrival or next day check-in, you must contact the resort and arrange
for late check-in instructions. If you arrive a day or two late, you will still need to check-out on the scheduled check-out date.
We cannot guarantee that a resort will honour such requests. It is suggested that you contact the resort on the Monday prior to arrival
to arrange, but please note that the resort may not be able to honour such requests and we are not liable to issue a refund if a
special request is not able to be met by the resort.
Possibly, some resorts do require a security deposit or credit card impression at check-in. Other resorts charge fees for use of some
of the on site amenities. Occupancy tax and utility surcharge are also common for many resorts. Usually these fees are noted on the
resort information screen and on the confirmation paperwork provided to you. Still some resorts require a mandatory or optional
all-inclusive package. Please read the full resort description provided to learn about such fees before booking a reservation.
Officially you must be at least 21 years of age to check-in; however there may be resorts that require a minimum of 23 years of age at time
of check-in.
